Warranty Information

Silver Jewellery needs to be handled with care. We offer one year warranty from the date of purchase of Jewellery when handled with care.

What is covered under warranty:

1. The plating on the jewellery.
2. Stone setting.

What is not covered under warranty:

1. Breakage due to mishandling.
2. Damage  & Tarnish due to exposure to water/chemicals.

How do I make a claim?

1. Please write to us on support@thevellishop.com with your order details and description of the fault or damage. Please include photographs or videos to make a claim.

50% BUYBACK EXCHANGE 

We offer a LIFETIME  EXCHANGE POLICY on our jewellery worth Rs.10,000 or more.

This policy entails you, at any point of time to exchange the piece with us for another one of our products worth 50% of the original piece’s value (Invoice value in the bill excluding the GST value).

The new product purchase value should be equal to or greater than the previous invoice value to avail this exchange.

Note : This policy is only valid if

1. The Original Invoice is presented at the time of exchange.
2. The Product is proper condition and without and noticeable damages.
