SHIPPING POLICY
For Domestic Orders - Within India.
- We provide free delivery for all our products pan India.
- The dispatch time is 3-5 days.
- Delivery time takes anytime between 1-9 days after shipping depending on your location in India, Working days & Public Holidays.
For International Orders.
- After a successful order placement please contact customer care for shipping rates which will be provided by the team depending on your geographic location.
- The dispatch time is 3-5 days.
- Delivery time ranges between 20-35 days after shipping depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
- All custom duties shall be borne by the customer
Made to Order Products
- In the case of Made to order products dispatch time will be 30- 60 days.
- The rest of the dispatch details are the same as above for Domestic & International Orders.
- In the case of made to order products we would require 50% advance payment before commencement of the Order
- There will be no exchanges or returns for made to order products strictly.
In case of both Domestic and International orders you shall receive a confirmation email of your order and another email from us after your order is dispatched containing tracking information.
Please note that Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Modification of Shipping address: Shipping address of the order can be modified before the order has been processed (shipped), by contacting our customer support team.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. Our customers are requested to provide their complete & accurate address including Pin code(Zip Code) and mobile number in the delivery address to help make a faster delivery.
MODES OF PAYMENT
For orders in India, we accept all major Credit & Debit cards, Net Banking, Wallets & UPI payment options across major banks via our third-party payment gateway.
For International orders, we provide the option for customers to use their debit and credit cards through our secure payment gateway or PayPal.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
No returns or exchanges for products sold during Sale or Offers.
We accept returns on our product within 2 days on receiving your order. Email us the same on support@thevellishop.com. The product can only be exchanged with any of our other products on the website.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original packaging intact with the original invoice, and should not be broken or tampered with. Incase of Transit & Shipping Damage claim we insist and advise our customers to have an unboxing video to make the process faster and smoother.
Our old silver jewellery can be exchanged for 50% of the Invoice value excluding the GST. This is not applicable for our Ballerina Collection.
Cancellation requests will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order. Any amount paid shall be credited back into the bank account used for payment.
If you believe that the packaging is tampered or damaged, before accepting delivery of good, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk +91- 7094999922 or email us at support@thevellishop.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be made directly to the payment method used to checkout within 10 working days post-cancellation. Refunds are applicable only for products received in damaged condition while opening or cancellation before shipping.
If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order within 7 days of receipt.
For Refund of a return, the refund shall be processed only after the receipt of the Product. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Full Amount paid shall be credited into the Bank Account or your payment mode through which the payment was was made.
A refund shall not be processed if a) incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, b) there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency c) the package is refused by the recipient.
We do not have Returns or Exchanges for International orders currently.
